Organizations

Stockholm is an active community with many organizations to keep people of all ages busy. The community hosts an active senior citizen’s club, a well known dinner theatre group, a branch of the Royal Canadian Legion, a Lion’s Club, Rink Board, Recreation Board, Bingo Club, and groups that organize local activities such as hockey, ball, gymnastics and music.

The Stockholm Housing board, under the direction of Saskatchewan Housing, operates Westview Manor, a seniors housing complex which includes duplex buildings as well as a six unit housing complex. Stockholm also has a private care home which provides meals and accommodation for up to five residents.

Three religious denominations are active in Stockholm and others are available in nearby communities.
